It is one thing to see, but another thing entirely to have vision; to recognise possibility that is invisible to others. At Ascui & Co, this foresight informs all they create – from concept, feasibility, planning, design, documentation and project management. For the practice, creative freedom begins—ironically—with the tightest brief. It is when the framework is built around how people live, work and play that they produce their most imaginative and intuitive creative solutions. An ode to sophisticated parkside living, Lynden Park reflects Ascui & Co’s commitment to designing quality homes that enrich both the lives of residents and the communities they reside in.
John Patrick Landscape Architects conducts a broad range of landscape design and management projects, covering everything from heritage sites, to park master plans and residential projects. Headed by John Patrick himself, the firm conducts work both nationally and internationally. Projects include management plans for Canberra’s Old Parliament House and Flemington Racecourse as well as a number of Victorian hospitals and universities. Drawing inspiration from the adjacent parkland, John Patrick’s design for Lynden Park connects the building to its verdant surroundings while providing generous garden sanctuaries in which to unwind and entertain.
